Lancaster City will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing performance at Giant Axe as they hit the road once again when they take on Hyde.
The past week has been poor on the field from the Dollies, with a 0-0 draw against Nantwich Town followed by a 3-1 loss to Whitby.
Tuesday nights game against Whitby was a disappointment from a managerial standpoint and is something for the Dollies to look back on as they come against a Hyde side that sit 13th in the Northern Premier League table.
Hyde currently sit 9 points off the play offs and have a negative -4 goal difference having conceded 50 times this season.
Lancaster and Hyde last met back in November as they played out a entertaining 2-2 draw with David Norris and Lewis Fensome both getting on the scoresheet.
From next Tuesday though, Mark Fell will be without midfielder Norris who picked up a red card against Whitby for a late challenge.
Saturday’s hosts head into the game on the back of a 1-0 defeat at the hands Scarborough Athletic a side the Dollies defeated 1-0 away.
Fleetwood Town loanee Ryan Rydel made his debut against Nantwich at the weekend and put in a gritty performance and bagged his first goal for City on Tuesday night when a pass from Niall Cowperhwaite was hit perfectly into the bottom corner of the net by Rydel.
